Good day, we just got back from our Cebu office visit and wanted to take this opportunity to commend timely support provided by Shine. During last December typhoon which hit Cebu massively, one of our key officers, Kaye Hisona, Sales Manager, had an emergency on a Sunday after falling and hitting her head hard as flood waters start coming in their home.

The nearest hospital had long queues from flood victims and she asked for help for another accredited hospital. After calling her, Shine had readily provided assistance which nearest hospital Kaye can transfer to and even coordinated with key iCare contacts on the ground so Kaye’s iCare can be immediately approved along with her CT Scan and tests required which got completed timely. During our visit, Kaye has commended how this emergency situation was timely & efficiently handled and also extended her thanks to Shine & iCare team for helping her during this critical time. Even on a Sunday Shine has gone above & beyond support here.
